Mostly what I get there is food that is on clearance but not all of it is really at clearance prices so you really need to have a basis knowledge of prices or you will be paying regular price for damaged or expired goods.
I once bought a banana box full of motorcycle parts when they used to have the bargain cave. Paid $7, made over $400 on Ebay.
The normal deals on yoghurt. Especially the Greek yoghurt which is about 25 cents a cup rather than a dollar each. Also their sodas are super cheap if you needs soda or chips is a go to item. The best single item I got was a huge 6 foot by 10 foot rug for 20 dollars that's normally $100. Lately I got great Granny apples for 20 cents a pound vs Wal-Mart $1 a pound.
