I think all Wal-Mart's allow overnight parking. I had a van break down on a parking lot at Wal-Mart and it sat for a good week and they never complained about it
If you're a truck driver yes, usually the north side of the parking lot or on the east side closest to the car dealership, other vehicles are ok too but not for extended periods of time
Most Walmarts let you park overnight. However there are places that put up barriers so you can't get into them with R.V.s . We travel with an R.V. and trailer and have found 2 on interstate 81 that won't let you in. Cracker Barrels encourage you to stay.
