Gate Hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day.
The gate closes at 10pm, I haven't had any issues with the gate so far. They do have an after hours emergency phone number, call first then text is best, as management told me. The people I see having issues with the gate probably haven't paid their bill. Management told me payment is due on the 1st of the month, & late by the 11th, the penalty being, locked out of the gate.
You will be lucky if the gate opens at all. It's broken very often and good luck getting ahold of management to open it or fix it in a timely manner but it is supose to be closed at 22:00
