IT DEPENDS!! Call the Macy's store you intend to return to and ask them if they accept that item. You may be told that you have to return it by mail if it has a return label. I recently bought a fur for my wife which was ill fitting and took it to my local Macy's in Brooklyn. I was told that Fur Vault products can only be returned where they're bought. Inquire within.
Yes you can I am not sure about how long you have to return it though.
