Yes, there is a large box office and no, no fees that I've ever paid.

The fees are substantially less if you buy at the box office. I think they are $2 per ticket.

There are some walk-up box offices, although tickets tend to be somewhat limited if it's a more popular concert. I do not know if there are added fees, however. Sorry.
