That's horrible they need to revamp the staff or close the locatuon.
That is not unusual at the Snyder Avenue location! They do have a penchant for congregating in the kitchen area. Most of the employees take the customers for granted. I have spoken with management on occasion, it changes for a short period of time, then goes back to the norm.
