I was in Macy’s Parkchester yesterday (10/27/21) and the petites department which was located in the lower level, was gone. I walked around asking cashiers where they moved it and no one knew anything.

Macy's is more expensive now. I purchased a levi jean for my brother and it cost$57 dollars!!!! Never again.

That dept it located where the return sect/at your service down the stairs.

There eliminated the petite dept.

Macy's at parkchester always left much to be desired. The Gray front doors alone suggest some type of government facility. The women's bathroom is at the opposite end in the basement ( which is always an isolated area) while the men's is right down the stairs on the other side. I predict they close within the next year if they have started eliminating certain departments in an effort to save money in the face of lost revenue. Macy's on 34th Street and Queens mall Macy's they're not.
