Is it normal for Domino’s to steal people’s kittens who want to take advantage of their so called “foster mom” program?

Domino's do not "steal" kittens as You put it, that is a horrid thing to say, these are people who work 24 hours a day to look after and re-home unwanted animals. They have played an important role in the local and feline community for 20 years. I have known times when the founders have sat up 24 hours a day nursing sick, injured and dying animals, crying as it broke their hearts every time they lost one, I have seen the state of some animals coming in and the transformation as they leave ready for their new forever home. Knowing the founders personally I can say hand on heart they would not "steal" any animal
