Are they open to report?

They schedule appointment then drive down and they were close. Was so upset April 14 they need to say exactly when they going to be Open cause it's Not fair to Anyone spending time and money to drive down and not being Open. So upset

I was on 13 april and they let me go in to report... for other customers its by appointment

I sent an email Friday April 16 asking if they'll be open and they awnsered me back with a new date
