ALL ASSOCIATES AND MANAGERS AND CUSTOMERS SERVICES HAVE TRAINING WORKERS WHEN IN TRAINING BEFORE WORKING IT WAS SMILE, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS ALL OF THIS FOR THE ALL FOR THE CUSTOMER AND SERVICE ALL SOME TRAINING SHOW THAT CUSTOMERS CAN COME IN AND BE IN A BAD MOOD TRAINING TO SAY GOOD MORNING WELCOME TO MCDONALD'S MAY I HELP YOU SOME TIMES THE CUSTOMER TALK BAD TO THE EMPLOYEES WE CALL THE MANAGER TO HELP TO CALM DOWN THE CUSTOMER AFTER TO TAKE THE CUSTOMER ORDER TO BE KIND,COURTEOUS, SMILE AND HELPFUL TO ALL CUSTOMERS
I don't loose my time with McDonald's ...........all associates including manager missing customers services.......associates have no training
