Hi Jeff- We're sorry to hear you're disappointed about our pumpkin pie availability. The pies we bake daily are based on years of research that shows there's not enough demand for pumpkin pie year-round. We've periodically tested this and have found the majority of our customers do not buy pumpkin pie in the off-season. If other stores are offering it, they may have a higher demand throughout the year. We offer it October through February. Since our pumpkin recipe requires a minimum of 12 pies per batch and we may sell one or two, we've found the waste makes it economically impractical. Thank you for your inquiry. We consider customer feedback invaluable to the success of our business.
