Hi, I have lupus, fibromyalgia and depression, would any of those chronic conditions qualify for a medical card? Also, can cards be issued to children? 11yr old suffers from anxiety and depression.

You do qualify but you need to talk to a Medical Marijuana Doctor's office first. They will explain what kind of proof you need to furnish to the doctor for your condition, price and your 11 yrs old need.
