It has always been this way they blame it on Cuba and Cuba on them a trip they were more than 4 hours without service they have so bad service that I made a claim of a recharge the answer they gave you by mail if you do not call them ever they give
They have always had quality difficulties but sometimes there is no choice but to use their services due to time constraints ... Unfortunately this is the case ... I do not think I will change soon.
