No elavators that work more than a day

Hi brother multiple times never had an issue with the elevator maybe they're just having a bad week or weekend I'm sure third-party is repairing them give them a break they do a good job

I was just there for a week, with no elevator issues at all. We even commented how quick they were.

Hi Michael - Very sorry to read that you feel this way. We have 9 separate guest-specific elevators in our resort, 6 being dedicated rooms elevators, and 3 specifically for the parking garage. This means that generally the wait time for an elevator is 0 - 30 seconds usually at most during most times of the day. Perhaps you may have visited us on a day when we were conducting maintenance on one of our elevators, though these days are few and far between. Our apologies for any delays you may have experienced - we assure you this is NOT the norm at our resort!

I've never realized any elevator issues during my stayed. They should fix it soon.
