HOW DO I GET DALE GROSS TO ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS,VOICE MAILS???....IT SEEMS EVEN WHEN I CALLED A MANAGER LAST NITE,I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN AN ANSWER BACK???...iS THIS HOW THIS COMPANY WORKS ONCE YOU HAVE MY MONEY YOU CAN DISRESPECT ME BY IGNORING M????

I've had nothing but good experiences (for the most part).

I always go in and never have an issue.

I don't beleive I have ever had a problem at Lowes. And I shop at stores in the different states I work in.
