Yes, on the live crabs you pick yourself and have them steamed there. Either Old Bay or a spicier Louisiana blend, I believe. The ready made plates are cooked in some kind of "garlic butter"
They have several options of how to get your crabs, including steamed with Old Bay. 🙂
