There really is no definitive answer. It depends on the moisture in the fudge and where it's stored. Usually its good for at least a few weeks on your counter wrapped in the plastic sheet. We do at times use a mold inhibitor in our fudge but only when using plastic packaging. I hope that helps. Enjoy the fudge.
