I think it depends on which unit you would actually stay in because I believe they're owned individually not as a collective. That is what I was told by the clerk when I stayed there because I asked the same question. But do watch out on the beach - I stayed Christmas 2016 and when I walked out through the sand to the beach I got sand fleas. Never had them before! The place was BEAUTIFUL though and I would DEFINITELY stay there again. I'd just be sure to know what it was if I started itching again! :-)
