Oh...there's shopping carts...tge wheels are lopsided or locked up....if you're lucky you might get one with a flat spot.
Not only at Wal-Mart; at other stores also. That requires a person to gather them; people don't return them to the cart area or store. A person has to walk the the parking lot and look for them. Manners has gone out of style, people bump into you and grut, they are rude. That is being polite, their action speaks loudly, uttering under their breath.
Tis' the season for busy shopping. Yes the carts need to be updated/fixed but there are plenty of carts, you just might have to look in the parking lot for those who just leave them in a parking lot instead of returning them to their proper spot.
They have shopping carts. This is a busy time of year, so they might be in use or outside. Until the New Year, you might want to bring one in with you when you arrive to insure that you have one.
