I would agree. Price varies on size, complexity, color and the artist. I would call and and speak to one of the artists.
Depending on the artist and weather you want black and white or color. Also depends on how long the session will take. A sleeve I'm.guessing will be a few sessions. I would call the shop and go in for an estimate.
