Yes they sell both saltwater and freshwater license. Our cost for the 11 days one was 28 for both. They probably don't have bait didn't last time I was there last week. Had to hit up a bait shop in Murrell's inlet not far from Huntington beach park. Bausch or something like that very helpful lil shop.
