Yes. You sit and look at the canyon walls going down the river. They do a couple of swirling tricks in the water but it is safe but you can get sprayed with water when they do it. It's a small thrill.

I would say the only bad thing about being pregnant on the jet boat ride is there's no bathroom breaks.
