Georges is trying out new menu's and this is one of the new items as is the rice .I was in the restaurant this week and George is trying to expand the menu to bring in new customers. And George is the kind of person that if you have any problems he will do his best to make it right by the customer so that you are happy. He bought this restaurant from nicks who he worked for 8 + years and nicks never changed the menu in 8 years. He has reasfalt the parking lot and made changes inside also. And when they made your meal it was cooked on a char broiler and probably was busy when you were there. I hope that this has helped you. But just let him know that it was over cooked and I'm sure that he will make it right by you.
