There is free parking on a few lots across the street. Usually there's an attendant who will give you a ticket to have validated by the host. The attendant works for tips. I'm sure he would appreciate your generosity.

Theres parking for 8 cars in the main lot and 20 cars in the rear lot on Cortez. Parking attendant monitoring lot, it’s free just tip the guy
