At the top of every hour from 1:00 to 3:00 there is a fifteen minute break in which adults can swim in the pool without children swimming too
Yes, the deep end is open for adult lap swim on weekdays from 11 to noon and 630 to 730. Though there are not lane markers.
There wasn't when I went there for public swimming but they do block off the deeper end.
