Hi I would like to ask about what is the best place to stay whilst in New Orleans for St Patrick's Day.I will be travelling with my fiance for 2 days and we are both Irish. Whilst he lives in Kentucky OI live in south of Ireland " A Living Leprchaun"

Fahy's is a awesome pub you should definetly make a trip there

Lots of places to stay close to the French Quarter, look around fir part of city you like. Street Car is cheap, a cool way to see the city. Fahy's is great - owners are friends of mine and good times are the norm there, just no kitchen, but will very likely have food on St. Patrick's day. Also check out Finn McCool's on banks street in mid city, and look fornthe crazy fun parades there are.about 3 or so during that week.

I'd recommend an Airbnb in the French Quarter or the Marigny
