Yes, there is no age limit on laser tag. However, the vests might be a little big and heavy for a 3 year old. We've had some parents that will wear the vest for their child and just let them use the phaser. It is dark in the arena so it may be best to take them in first and see if they are o.k. in the arena. We'd hate for you to buy laser tag games that you can't use.
Yes I actually saw a few three year olds playing laser tag
No too young but they do have other games for the 3yr old to play
