I’ve been looking for a full-time job for two years. I have two degrees, but i have no experience in the field i have my degrees in, besides my part time job. Would Career-link be useful would I have to make an appointment to speak with someone?

I can tell you that they have the resources and the help you may need. You have to do your part by following their advice and do as they suggest

You don't have to make an appointment. They have a service called "the Welcome Center" that would be a good orientation, open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:30-4:00, Wednesday 10:30-7:00. It could take up to two hours, so plan accordingly.
