I’ve been calling DSS in Cleveland county for 2 days and it keeps telling me the number has been disconnected! Is there a new phone number that I can call ?

I would go up there in person I always so there phones calls suck

Call 704-487-0661 listen to the recording and click on the department you want . Example : food stamps,Medicaid,child support , etc. that should get you where you need to go. I hope this helps .
