Recently bought a chicken pie and it was very good although I think it could stand more gravy. Since I live alone, the pie was too big for 1 person. Would you consider making a smaller one for 2 people?

I bought the chicken pie at a local market. I have only seen one size in this area. I do live in Massachusetts.
