they say that the turn around time on ordering is good, BS to that. I ordered 2 shirts over 3 weeks ago and have yet to hear from the store. I tried tracking with the receipt number, but this to was to no avail. Even corporate office couldn’t help, said they were not on the same system as the stores., say what! Like the store and the location, just needs to stock items for shorter and taller people as well as your average joe. What would have happened had I ordered the shirts for next day delivery? Come on guys help out the other joes, not just the average one
Unfortunately we don't get a lot of 36" inseam pants in shipment and have to order those a lot of time. We do stock lengths up to 34" inseam in stock in most pants. Our turn around time on orders is better now with about a ten day turnaround. I know this does cause a delay in getting some items, and for that we are sorry for those delays.
It's al about dollars and sense at corporate - whatever makes them the most dollars, makes the most sense to them and dictates what they will stock and sell at the stores. Unfortunately, I have the same problem of finding my size for the opposite reason: I'm 5'5" with a 29 inseam and they don't carry, not do they care to carry, my size.
As a community member I have no answer for you, but I think you have a good question.
They do have some 36 inseans on the fast-tacs and defenders. Cooperate sets the assortment for the stores and since the retail part is new the just send what is the most widely sold. If enough people request the larger sizes the store could get some to keep in stock.
