Yes!!!!! I had a appointment last time. And it was still a mad house in there. Everyone getting ready for their big day.
We had made appointment and really didn’t see the point in why we did. Mycal was the only one that helped us but he extremely busy. The other 2 ladies were rude and not helpful at all. Wouldn’t even check us in.
