Check out the label for the time it was put out and choose the time closest to the present time. Maybe not being on the heat table for a shorter time help with the moisture in the meat. Talk to the cook for behind the deli counter for better answers or tips u might try choosing ur chicken last so its under the heat instead of in ur shopping cart getting cold and drying out hope this helps
I have never tried their baked chicken...maybe they leave it in the warmer to long?
That's because it cook to long and when you get home the Dry heet drys it up
Baking it to long, under heatlights also to long
Don't know that answer but I wouldn't be buying anymore of it.
