Call them and ask. I know some egg dishes are on the menu. Everything there is delicious! !
The closest you'll get is burritos Mexicanos. Two burritos stuffed with carnitas bell peppers onions and beans. Topped with red sauce and cheese dip. Covered with lettuce cheese and guacamole. That's the only burrito that remotely comes close. Maybe they can make you something with chorizo and egg but that's not on the menu and it'll probably be a special order and who knows what they charge.
