For starters, the drive through is no more important than the inside customers. You have zero business sense if you think one type of customer is more important than another. Also, the individual taking orders for the inside customers IS NOT the same person taking orders for drive thru. So, one has nothing to do with the other. Only during understaffed times does a counter cashier also take drive thru orders. And that's extremely rare. And if you think people on the inside should be patient and let those in the drive thru get a speedy pass, I hope everytime you go inside for fast food, you are delayed immeasurably and forced to be "patient" while others are served before you.
Because listening and pressing buttons in a climate controlled environment is way to hard for this generation lol I’m sorry.
Being a cashier and running is hard job.
The cashier was good she couldn't help it at all she was new and was doing her job.
