Yes, it is a great experience! You will be seated with those you are standing in line with. When we were waiting we found out the guy next to us, happened to work for the same small school as I did just a few years apart many decades back. Weirdest coincidence between people living on opposites sides of the country that just happened to be waiting in the same line together. Now if either of you arent happy to stand in line for 2.5 hours... Then maybe this isnt for you:)
My husband and I went for our 25th. LOVED it! We wound up seated with a newlywed couple on their honeymoon and another couple celebrating their 10th Anniversary. The food was amazing and the conversations were great!

I agree with previous answers. The setting is more communal and family oriented. Definitely encourage another place to celebrate wedding anniversary.
I'm not sure, if you are looking for a romantic place it's not for that. The food is outstanding. You are seated with others family style. If you think your wife would enjoy I would go. They only take cash. Opens at 11am. Suggest getting there at 9:30am to be one of the first to be seated. The line grows quickly.
