Are the cooks wearing masks over their NOSES and MOUTH; do they use GLOVES when preparing the food?

The reason I ask that question, Dylan Robbins, I don't sit inside of restaurant to eat. I go inside to order take out and be looking to see if the cooks has on any mask and gloves.

Does it really matter? You sit at a table in the same restaurant with no mask on.
