Just read the negative reviews. If you're not in his click or he just wants someone to CONTROL your visit to his establishment will likely be costly and unpleasant. A leapord Doe's not change his spots. But in his defense he is not racist. How could he be with a black grandmother and at least 2 black kids. Homophobic. I think not. He is not what he appears. That's fact!!!!!!
I stayed there a year and I know how David Bell is. He's a crook. One family that lived there had the husband get sick and he kicked them out while they were out of town dealing with his illness and threw all their possessions in the dumpsters. Another old man died while he was living there and he kept his boat. Said it was for back rent. And the negatives could go on and on that I know

He has always provided a great holiday when we visit. The front office gals are the best. He did ask that maybe the 3 young grands might be too loud for his taste
I've stayed there many many times and have enjoyed each and every time . If you have a problem is must be something you're doing not the park . Follow the rules of the park and you have no problem . And of all don't piss off the owner . After all he is the owner !!! Enjoyed every visit there . And will be going back again and again ! Sounds like that person has a beef with David Bell not the place !!!
