I'd like to know why this Kroger store on Forest Drive does NOT keep PAPER bags on hand? I've asked for them for the last 3 weeks. I always get the same answer - they're on order. Maybe PLASTIC should be banned from the land fields!

Ask to speak to store manager thy have at least 3. 2 male and 1 female. If this does not get the answer you deserve contact the corporate headquarters. U can also take the time to fill out the receipt survey at the bottom of ur receipt. Any negative or unsatisfied comments you leave will get a response. I've done this a couple times and always get a call from a manager. Hope this helps. Good luck

They've had paper bags almost every time I've been in. I agree with you and would perhaps speak to customer service.
