Go to Danville. Customer Service help will actually help you out, as this person should have helped. Or contact the manager on duty and let you them know what has happened. If they are in stock, an employee should gladly be willing to get the item for you! They need to remember that if it weren't for customers buying, THEY wouldn't have a job in the first place!
There is no use in talking to a manager in the South Boston store. They are as helpful as the Employees are. Not at all. We and others have tried this and never get a good result. Very bad to no customer service.
