Travis, good to know we have a genius like you answering questions for the KOA. Cassini Ranch isn't an evacuation center nor is it anywhere near an evacuated area but they're giving a 50% to those affected by the fires! With many businesses and hotels in Petaluma offering FREE food and discounts on lodging, Petaluma KOA doesn't appear to care about the community. DUH!

That would be nice of them, surely, especially if they have the space, but they may not be able to afford to maintain the place for however long until evacuees can go back.

Because they are not an evacuation center. Duh.

We just witnessed the manager inform a guest that came in the night before and had paid, that he refused to let them stay another night, until his disability check came thru at 10pm that day. The couple had lost their home in Cofey Park Santa Rosa, the man was obviously disabled. I was horrified by the manager Danny's disposition and lack of grace and emotional intelligence. needless to say, I gave them the $45. dollars without hesitation. only to have Manager Danny send her back to their camp to wrestle up an additional .92 cents. appealing. I even saw the employees embarrassed for him. sad but true story.

I don't have an answer to that question. You need to call and ask them..
