My app says I have got a reward but it is not showing up on the app. How can i redeem it

I had that issue a couple times and when I went in, I just showed it to anyone working on the floor.

Once you go to check out at the register, open your app,shake ur phone abd scan the code bar. Ur rewards are automatically applied to your app and ready when u check out . Are u able to see what reward u have yet? Open up the app and click on settings from Lidl home page, u can see Rewards and Coupons there too. But yes. Definitely ask an associate. They do expire so make sure u use it!
