Understandably confusing situation.
They will most likely support the "corporation" Longhorn, but the real question is will these people tip the servers? And if so, will they tip them a living wage? Also, promotional nights such as a kid eating free, or "endless shrimp", bogo coupons for appetizers (which Longhorn does) bring in a lot of business on these nights, but the servers make NO MONEY. It brings in people who can't afford to eat out in the first place, so they get their free food, and they don't tip the waiters in order to afford it. ADDITIONALLY, the servers are worked until their feet are bleeding, almost to death, and they do it for nearly no compensation whatsoever. BUT, if I had to build one in Scumter, I would do it as close to the Sumter Airforce Base as possible to at least get the Bar supported. In fact I would even build it with an emphasis on the bar - maybe even an outdoor area.
