When this shop is reviewed the Owners response is to blame and lash out at the review. Reviews are designed to provide feedback so that businesses can improve. The Barbers do not acknowledge customers and there are several reviews that state that. I did not have a problem waiting if I knew I would receive service but no one relayed that information nor spoke to me at all. There were 4 barber's on duty. I spoke to only one to get clarity of wether I should make an appointment. The answer was yes and he said I know I have a lot of appointments. He never said if you just wait someone will assist you. It's not a problem for me because I won't be back.
