Horrible service. I stood inside with nobody else inside, no front end cashier in sight. They even called for cashier, nope nowhere. Probably getting hi like all the employees

You are most likely right...if you were at the one with a new do it yourself ordering, they want you to use it instead...but they all seem to be that way anymore.
