is it first come,first serve or do i need to reserve a site?

I believe it is first come first serve. There is a pay station on site where you write the camp site number on the fee envelope.

This is only a first come. First serve camp ground.(No credit cards) payment accepted at the pay box which is manned periodically through the day by the park ranger.There are overnight sites and a day use area.
