Stay far away do not waste your time going to this dealership
There's never any real promotions... It's just to draw you to the dealership and then they hold you hostage for hours. They say they will cover everything and more to seal the deal. It gets tacked onto your contract in some form. It's a scam and should be illegal. If you decide to go for any promotions and you still owe on a loan or lease ask them to show you the computer screen. Tell them to point to and show you where they are paying off or covering anything, where the promotion amounts are going towards and etc. They will with attitude, give you a hard time, start becoming more aggressive and unfriendly trying to rush you through the process before you realize what's going on or maybe you will get someone who has morals who willingly explains every little detail on the screen to you. If you are a person who has no knowledge of cars or dealerships take someone with you who has extensive knowledge of all things cars and dealerships. Trust me on this one. . . You'll thank me later.
This place is a rip off. They add 2500 to the listed price. Sold me a car and refused to fix thing I pointed out after saying they would. I had to fight for a 6 months. And don't bother calling frank Esposito you'll get no where.
