Im 6'2 and 220. By that, at a guess, youd be comfortable up till 6'4 and maybe 280-290. AT A GUESS. To clearify, you can still probably fit past that, but depending on your shape, it might get a little less than comfortabke
I don't think you'd had a problem with the actual kart size, but the harness may be a problem if you're in the 250-300+ range. If you go in, I highly doubt they would have any problem letting you know before you paid anything. Edit: according to their FAQ, you must be under 300 lbs.
