In the AMTRAK lounge yes if you are riding AMTRAK. Otherwise, no.

If you're a senior, you can go to the head of the boarding line. Gives you a better shot at getting a window seat and/or a seat in the quiet car. Not so in NYC or Philadelphia. If a train is anticipated to be full, AMTRAK stops selling seats. NO standees.
