Why after a 20+ minute wait would I receive a COLD cheeseburger? Why have a receipt on the window suggesting take the survey get a route 44 drink, when you don't get a receipt? How come you don't teach the employees to say "Thank You" or ANYTHING?

This Sonic is awful ! It's even a twenty minute wait for a shake or a float and that's if you go in off busy hours

I have only been to this one once. The line was huge and I guess the car in front of me had a large order. Sonic actually sent out someone to our car and served us before we got to the window. I too will avoid busy times.
